| I agree with the previous poster. After a few months of ordering shakes, which they make you order monthly, we decided to cancel. My husband hated the taste and the meal replacements were not helping him to lose weight as promised. We canceled and returned the last box of product. The package was lost and the manager called me a liar about returning it. They refused to work with Fedex on the return and I wound up being out $$. This is an overrated product and a multi-level marketing scam! |

| This company locks you in, and it is very difficult to cancel a subscription. I have faxed a cancelation, called in a cancelation to no avail. They insist on verification, I did verify Credit Card number. No luck. I think the retention practices are a SCAM. |

| I have had health problems for the last couple of years - high blood pressue, high cholesterol and vertigo 2 months ago, I tried Zrii and it was the best choice I have made. My blood pressure and cholesterol is normal. I have not had a dizzy spell since taking the product. I would highly recommend this product to people. |
