| I started taking Hoodia X57 last Friday morning. So I dont have long term results to share yet. However I was told that Hoodia was good to help you lose weight. I started taking them before I even read up on what they do, (Appetite Suppression). It was only after I noticed I wasn't hungry when I read the package and found out it is an appetite suppressant. So I say, so far so good. |
