35 Male, Irish German, 6\'2" 180lbs, 20% bdyfat, Jan 05, 2010
reviewer: Bill from Washington DC
I have recently started using gakic before working out - only 1 week so far. GOOD: I did experience the ability to keep pushing through reps. i.e. i could do 5 pullups versus 2/3 - i was kind of amazed. I feel energized, talkative, and realy productive when working out - and i HATE working out. SO i am very pleased with it. But always worried about side effects. SLEEP ISSUES: I started off using only about a "half scoop" dose along with half package of Metrix shake. Had good results - no issues sleeping. I tried a full dose yesterday of gakic (and metrix) and wonder if it\'s why i got a terrible sleep - stayed awake all night. I was annoyed and went back to a half dose today. STOMACH ISSUE? I have not had any stomach issues. Note: i drink a glass of wine each night (maybe two) as well and eat pasta and everything else a weight lifter wouldn\'t. I drink coffee too in the morning only. SUMMARY: As with everything, i say in moderation. I will use this here and there - but never for a long period, like a month straight. I don\'t trust anything that hasn\'t been around for years and years. But i figure a little bit here and there can\'t be that bad.

Women Stay AWAY!, Oct 29, 2009
reviewer: Crissy from Fort Stewart, GA USA
This is definitely not a product for women! Even though it was highly recommended to me, I thought I would try it. I used it for a month, and the long-term effects are not worth it. It raises your blood pressure, heart rate levels, and it also messes with your digestion. It will even raise the pressure in your eyes. I used this product mainly for increasing endurance, and while it did give me the extra *go* power to run another mile, the way I felt after it was not worth it. I was not half-assing it, either. Good for men, but unless you want to be a powerlifter, women stay away!

What did you say, Aug 15, 2009
reviewer: Adam from seattle, wa
This product definitely gave increased strength and i was able to go longer in my workouts. However the side effects were too much to overcome, especially the upset stomach. I would assess the risk vs reward for yourself with a sample before purchase.

Works but watch out, Jul 16, 2009
reviewer: Skinny guy from New York
I agree with the following: -Headaches and dizziness (spelling?) -Nerves are shot after workout (Not a come-down but similar feelings to a drug-use aftermath) -Definately makes you lift more and gives you more power during your work-out. Ive been taking the whole stack which really seems reliant on the nutrition guide and workout routine. I\'m down to a half dosing, 8 pills is like another friggin meal anyway! Seen some gains in size and strength but once this is done the GAKIC is GONE!

Spontaneous combustion, Apr 15, 2009
reviewer: Rob Carter from Montreal, QC Canada
I don't know if I was possibly allergic to it but I have to tell my story so people might think twice about taking full dosage at first at least. I took full 8 pill sample and I swear to God; honest truth my face became ALL red, my ears almost freakin glowing with my chest pinkish to red, almost felt like I was burning up from the inside, my throat got tight and I was almost about to call my fiance to bring me to the hospital, again, like I said...I'm not bashing it, just advising those of you wanting to try it to start with lower dosage at least. I got the scare of my life. Later on, I did my workout cuz I'm a workout addict, was feeling nauseous but did a bit better in my pushup counts and same for pullups. I might be the only this happened to or to which it will ever happen but please take into consideration. Maybe I would have gotten a better view on it if I had taken less

Back at it., Apr 13, 2009
reviewer: CT from Ohio
After 3 years of training. This product has made THE difference for me, between lifting until I'm tired... and lifting until I puke.

Consider that how you may... I know my own body very well and every ounce of energy that I have goes into a beautifully formed rep. With Gakic, I don't have to slop my last few reps.

Best product I've taken-EVER, Mar 27, 2009
reviewer: Jdub from Anytown, AT 55555
This stuff is unreal. My workouts are more intense and of longer duration. I definately see results when taking. More intensity +reps/sets equals bigger muscles. Plus, I stack with Leukic. Having said that, I do feel abit light headed at times but have had no problems sleeping. But I do know some people that have. If considering taking, I would give it a try. I hope you get the results I enjoy.

Gakic/Leukic results..., Jan 28, 2009
reviewer: Jason from Stuttgart, Germany
I see so many people complaining about Gakic and how it keeps you up at night and messes up your stomach after working out.

Here's what i learned. I would take the pills, all 8 of Gakic and 6 of the Leukic 45min before my workout (4pm). I noticed an increase in weight, number of sets and number of reps i could do in just one week. I would always drink Nitrotech or generic whey protein immediately after working out; that seemed to get rid of any upset stomach or nerves from the Gakic.

Someone said it already above, if you work out half-ass you're going to get half ass results. Gakic lets you push your workouts further and further each week. I saw better results than I did with any other supplement.

Product works, with bad side effects., Sep 16, 2008
reviewer: Rob from Florida
I've only taken this product several times, the first two times with half the recommended dosage (4caps), and the last two with the recommended 8cap dosage. The first to times I took the half dosage I didn't really see any gains at the gym. The last two times I have taken it with the full dosage I saw a noticable improvement in the amount of reps I could do. However, both times I have taken the recommended 8cap dosage I can not sleep at all. I will never ever take this product again. Might work for some, but its not worth it to me when I have school/work the next day and I can't get any sleep or very little.

I Noticed a change, Sep 07, 2008
reviewer: IllTRON from Ontario, Canada
i have done several big Muscletech stacks taking GAKIC, CREAKIC, LEUKIC, Celltech, Anator P7 all in one shot for about 10weeks. GAKIC was the only product i took on its own after the others ran out. But once it ran out i found that my strength didnt go down or ever up like they claim. I was able to do more reps. i could get 10, 11 maybe even 12 reps with weigth i knew i should get 8, 9 reps maximum. Thats the results i got from GAKIC

reviewer: BoVice from Anytown, AT 55555
Muscletech works if you say it doesnt its because you work out like a pussy. I used Gakic and Creakic and went from having 17 inch arms to 20 inch arms in a month and a half

Muscletech?, Feb 08, 2008
reviewer: Mike M from Akron, OH USA
Muscletech sucks! Plain and simple. None of the people who endorse their products actually take it because none of it really works. Ive taken almost every one of their products and can honestly say that none of it works. I thought it was me but anyone Ive ever talked to that has taken any of their products say it doesnt work. Now they have their muscle asylum project bullshit out trying to show that they have really turned things around and are trying to step it up but its all crap. Gakic is no different. Its garbage. A 10.5% increase in strength with 1 dose? How is this possible? More like a 10.5% decrease. Ive never seen a company who fails to produce a quality product so successfully!

Works...but the Side Effects (Head, Heart)!, Oct 10, 2007
reviewer: Randy from Reston, VA
The Good: Allows me to extend my workouts 25-50%; Longer workouts mean more variations on arms, chest and legs before fatigue finally sets in; Good gains on strength as I am able to produce an additional rep or two from my sets

The Bad: Headaches, Nausea, Light-headedness - Often Commencing During Workout; Heart Palpitations, Irregular Heartbeat, Dizziness - 1-2 Hours after workout complete. Digestional issues and sleep disruption noted on full dose.

I have been using this product for around three weeks ago, starting with a half dose then most recent two times with a full dose. I found around a one hour delay for the effects to start kicking in rather than the 30-45 minutes they claim.

I am going to try going back to the half dose as the side effects were too great to offset the benefits for me. However I would advise caution, particularly for those with lower percentages of bodyfat.

Finally, I would have initially rated this product 4 or 5, but now that I am starting to see the side effects, the score has dropped. I will post an update after a few more half-doses.

Horrible taste, Sep 26, 2007
reviewer: N.amos from Australia
Still an amateur at body building and have tried my fair share of products at this point with varied results. Like most others read about Gakic in a review and gave it a shot. I didn't feel like swallowing 8 tablets after trying Hydroxcut (really messed up the sleeping pattern) so I got the powder. OK the taste is really BAD. It is by far the worse tasting thing I have ever had but the stuff really works. I have been on it for 2 weeks now and have really noticed the difference. Fatigue sets in later and I can push harder with larger weights then before. It is pricey but it is worth it in my opinion.

DON'T WAST YOUR MONEY!, Sep 23, 2007
reviewer: Josh from Wyoming
This product is a total rip off. Don't wast your time or money on Gackic or any other muscletech products. It tasted like stomach acid and made me feel like shit. I used Gackic for 1 horrible month and I saw absolutely no strength increases. If anything I felt weaker.

Be careful !!!, Aug 15, 2007
reviewer: James T. from Virginia
After a couple of weeks of using the product, I noticed heart palpitations where my heart would skip beats...after sets at the gym but also at home. Results were minimal and price was maximal!! I stopped using Gakic and my symptoms faded away. No one knows the long term dangers of this product, so be careful! Good food is always the best supplement anyway. So save your body and your bucks and just eat more protein...

why all these reviews are faulty, Jun 26, 2007
reviewer: Ooooooooooooooo from oooooooo
As you can tell all these people have only taken gakic for a week or so and are shocked by its effect. you have no idea what it will do to you after a couple months time. I actually used a whole container of the powder and found no bad side effects then. but I will bet money that if you use that stuff for 3 months straight you will extremly messed up. And as for those no side effects shown in tests, thats becasue those test were like a day long. One day this stuff will get a long term test and it will show its dangerous. But I will definately use this stuff before football games because it is sweet with the automatic strngth gains.

?????, Jun 19, 2007
reviewer: Slim from PA
Has anyone else had any acne breakouts? I havent had any acne on my shoulders or back, but as soon as i started taking this stuff i noticed breakouts on my chest shoulders and back. Also, it doesnt help me any more than the Nitrix or no-explode that i was taking. Save your money and stick to what you know.
