| The caffiene in this pill.. I can't even say how dangerous this is. I took it one time, and I had heart palpitations for 9 hours, to the point where my husband took me to the ER because they were so close together. They turned out to be relatively harmless PreVentricular Contractions, but trust me, you don't want this stuff happening on a regular basis. The doc said to stay WAY clear of this product. Long term heart damage could occur. |

Not cheap, big doses but to my mind ultimately ineffectual fat burner. No pre work out buzz, no real curbing of appetite, no weight loss.
Don't bother. |

| It takes away your hunger, thats the good part, the bad part is that it has too much caffeine, it means you wont sleep for the the next 10 hours at least. |
