| I tried shakes, even chocolate flavored, but unless I add Vodka (JK), I can\'t get it down. This now come is a capsule formula which is perfect for me. |

| In 2005 I was diagnosed with 3rd stage multiple myeloma cancer. Truly, I was near death. My friend told me about the book Makers Diet, by J. Rubin, the founder of Garden of Life. I was extremely sick, and my stomach was so raw from the chemo and anti-biotics. But I heeded the book, bought some Perfect Food and have been taking two servings everyday. Though still on chemo, my stomach has turned around, I eat well, I have strength, my skin and hair is healthy too. I mix it with orange juice or V8 juice. Garden of Life makes real products - I used Super Greens an I feel better all the way around. When i get a canker sore in side my mouth with in an hour i forget its there and an is gone before i know it. I have gotten Cankers since i was 5 and have tried everything. This works! Clearly balances the acid level in my mouth.

| This product was recommended to me by my acupuncturist and he told me; "it's the best thing you can put in your body". I immediately got on an almost daily regimine and I haven't gotten any colds, or any sickness for that matter in over 2 years! This formula is a cancer fighter and because it raises the alkaline levels in your body, that means it a real cancer fighter. I suggest this product to anyone and everyone, especially those who don't eat many veggies. Also, people who have high toxicity levels in their bodies should definitely use this amazing product (specifically, SMOKERS). We are lucky to have such a great product like this one that helps our bodies so much. I will use this stuff forever! |

What Perfect Food did for me, Dec 20, 2005

| A few years ago I got very ill from a digestive disorder and a bad reaction to antibiotics, plus a weightloss pill containing ephedra that caused me to have panic attacks and frequent anxiety, and with all of this combined I lost over 30 lbs (I was only originally 130 lbs) in 2 months and became so weak that I felt like I was dying. I was only 21! My Dr's were absolutely no help, except to try to push antidepressants on me every time I visited them. I was so frustrated. My naturally light brown hair turned this "blah" ash blonde. It was awful. I discovered Perfect Food, in the powder form and I drank it every day, faithfully. I regained my energy. It gave me back my life. My hair's true color came back, I was thrilled. My IBS symptoms went away. My eyes appeared brighter. I was amazed. The taste alone is not so great but when mixed with a strong drink like V-8, its not so noticable and the health benefits are truly worth it. |
