Great Cereal For Snacking, Jul 25, 2005

Morning Start is a great cereal to snack on dry. It keeps you full throughout the day. It goes mushy within 1 minute of adding milk to it, however. Taste is good. Fiber and protein is high. Fat and carbs is low. But keep it dry!
