Yes sir!, Sep 01, 2011

When I was a senior in highschool I weighed around 170, had nearly no body fat and was sporting a highly tuned 8-pack! =)
Unfortunately, I got lazy and now at age 21 I reached 230lbs... I began taking these honestly because they had no ephedra and were really cheap on ebay. however, I now weigh 190lbs after a couple months. I do not eat with these, it doesnt hurt me, the only thing that messes with me is a highly elevated heart rate probably because i have high blood pressure, which has gotton much better since losing this weight.
the pill is different for everyone. if youre young like me you might can afford to stretch the limits a bit, older, definitely follow the directions. =) |

My mom started taking stacker 3\'s years ago as a way to get more energy for getting things done around the house. In turn, I would occasionally take them too to help her. In doing so, I can say that you need to follow the directions and eat properly. I used to take it on an empty stomach and would get the jitters like you wouldn\'t believe - towards the end I would crash and crash hard.Years later, mom and I both take them when we need to. They\'re a great way for extra energy for any occasion like house and yard work, latenight homework...ect (although this is not their intended purpose!!!) I had my second child 8 months ago and I am very unhappy with the extra weight I haven\'t been able to loss - so I\'ve decided to start walking and taking Stacker 3 regularly in addition to eating portions. I have been doing this for only a little while, but so far, I have not had an experience like my past ones. I\'ve always loved this product despite the side effects, but even they didn\'t bother me much. Every person is different, so don\'t judge it by the words of others - try it for your self. Just use it accordingly! |

I recently had my first child and gained nearly 80 lbs in the process. I was in the process of trying to drop about 15- 20 lbs when i found out i was pregnant so needless to say i have quite a few lbs to loose. I am 5\'6 and 205 lbs my goal is 135. I started taking stacker 3\'s about a week ago and i am pleased to say that i have not had any weird side effects...Tons of extra energy and i feel great. i take 2 a day after breakfast and lunch...i also try to work out most days a week. with that said i do HIGHLY recommend that you follow the instructions on the box...there is a reason why they are there. i took stacker 2\'s about 2 years ago and i can tell you from experience that you will probubly experience some nasty side effects if you dont. I havent noticed any change in my shape yet but i will be sure to follow up when i do...expecting great results

I have been taking 2 stacker pills a day for about 10 days and I have already lost 8lbs and a jean size!!
But....
You really have to follow the instructions and ease into the full dose or it will make you feel sick to your stomach.
P.S. My friend is using the Stacker 3 also and she has lost 5lbs with no side effects, and she could take them on an empty stomach. I dont recommend that though.

This is the ideal supplement to start an exercise regimen. I use "Stacker 3" in the morning to get my metabolism kick-started. I am aware that my heart rate is a bit increased but it\'s nothing distracting or irritating.
EVERYTHING IN MODERATION! Good eating, portion control, walks, balance in conjunction with "Stacker 3" are a guaranteed recipe for success. |

It works!, Feb 28, 2010

The product actually works very well. Like all "diet pills" this is not a "poof" and fat is gone pill. If you don\'t work out with it or at least take a brisk 30min walk it\'d be pointless and the excess energy has been known to make people sick. I would not recommend it if you can\'t handle caffeine or have heart problems. Loosing weight too fast can also have negative health impact on your body, so use it with smarts. I stand by this product. I took it at first as a skeptic but they proved me wrong. It\'s a great boast to get you off your workout plateau. |

good for me, Feb 22, 2010

I am 132 lb , 21 year old female who tried stacker 3 looking for extra energy and appetite supressant (and 5 lb loss couldn\'t hurt). I work out at least 5 times a week and try to eat healthy.
It shocks me to read about side effects from other users since i have been on stackers for nearly 3 weeks now and have not had any bad side effects.
It is exactly what I am looking for... giving me energy when I need it without the shakes . Keeping me sharp in class and extra stamina during workouts. I have no problems sleeping (even after taking it at 9 pm), but I never do.
I must say that sometimes the effects are inconsistent and it confuses me (haven\'t figured out if it has to do with time i eat it, what i eat with it, mood, etc). I can take one and fall asleep(rare, 2xs) or take one and get silly hyper. It does supress my appetite, but not as well as i hoped...but i like to eat :)
I have noticed a change in appearance. I would probably give credit to stacker3 WITH working out and eating decent.
For me, I would compare it to drinking a cup of coffee.
I think that it all depends on the person. Be smart, follow directions, and know the risks of any diet pill.
I can see myself buying stacker3 for a long time. Great value for price. |

Certain foods naturally introduce tyramine into the bloodstream. Among them are liver, cheese, aged sausages like salami or bologna, and most canned fruits.
I am also bi-polar with anxiety I must say that these stacker3\'s do not seem to affect me adversly at all. Sleep has always been an issue for me and I never have energy(anemia, since taking these I have real energy not manic type and no jitters. I weighed 350 lbs at one point lost down to 200 then back to 270 now at 250. I will re-post in 1 month as to success. I am 47 years old, have tried Rx. pills in the past and did not care for them re: jitters and headaches and heart flutters, increased pulse, I have not had any of these problems with Stackers 3\'s
Good luck everyone:)

I purchased the Stacker3 about 3 weeks ago, the first time I took it I couldnt notice the energy personally but it definetly makes me not hungry. I usually take one in the morning to stop the unnecessary snaking and one before dinner. I have recently lost 15 pounds and its very noticable. I have nothing negative to say about this product. I recommend this to anyone who is realistic and realized you HAVE to watch what you eat and excersie. This isn\'t a miracle pill...but if you follow all of the necessary suggestions you will see results!! |

I started out weighing in at 260lbs. I\'m 5\'9". I tried this on a whim because I felt so overweight, groggy, and wanted to do something about it. I changed my diet and excluded things from my diet including sodas, condiments like mayo, rarely ate cheese, and only had sweets occassionally. I didn\'t really have to work out too much and in a matter of months I lost almost a whole person. I work in an office setting so there isn\'t much "work out" time for me. I\'m down to 180lbs and I continue to use this product on occassion. I started with one pill a day and worked to one per meal. 3x day. If you take it without a meal, you will feel very sick. I found myself wanting to drink a lot of water and urinating a lot. I weaned myself down again to 1x a day with a multivitamin and I feel energized and great. I went back to occassionally having a soda and I still don\'t use condiments. I feel great. Product works if used right! |

Before I was 216. Now I am 189. With just portioning my food, and watching what I eat, and with Stackers, I started seeing results quicker. The only thing is...when I started taking them, I noticed that I was much more tempermental, and I was always hungry, so I would just take some stackers. I would recommend them to anybody =p

i just started the stacker 3\'s about half a week ago, and so did one of my close friends. i haven\'t weighed myself since, but i know i was around 185 before starting, the heaviest i have been in three years. i\'ve been fighting to lose weight since the summer of 2007, weighing around 200 then. i dropped to 140 in the late 08-09 winter, but that was through fierce workouts every day and starvation (stupid in the extremes, i know). now i try to eat healthier, but it doesnt always happen, and portions are difficult for me (i am a boredom snacker, too). i run a lot, and do some other school sports, but i have motivation problems in the winter, and when im not doing anything, i eat. i go to high school and take some courses at the local college, am fairly active, and work nearly thirty hours a week at my job. i have problems getting to sleep, but i also have problems waking up. i\'ve noticed more energy already, and i feel better about myself. i have no idea if there have been any numeral results as of yet, but i believe i look smaller by judging in the mirror. i have had no shakes or dizzyness, save for one day at work when i couldnt find the time to eat before my shift started. but after eating at break, i was perfectly fine. i like this product, and i believe it may just actually work for me. |

Girl that was 14 with a heart murmur, Oct 08, 2009

FIRST OF ALL... No 14 year olds should be taking this pill! Second of all, anyone with a heart murmur should know better than to take any kind of pill of the sort. I am 21 years old and have about 35lbs to lose as I gained quite a bit while pregnant with my son. So far it has given me a lot of energy to exercise and get the things around the house done that I would constantly put off before as I work until 11 at night and my son gets up very early in the morning. I believe this is a good product as long as you need it and don\'t have sensitivity to any of it\'s ingredients.

makes me sick, Jul 21, 2009

when i finished my adderall i figured id try and stop being so dependent on it keeping me awake. adderall was amazing i didnt need to eat with it and it NEVER made me sick or gave me headaches. i would only take it once a day in the morning and would last about all day till it was time go to to bed anyways. I picked up the stacker3\'s and took one with food. it gave me crazy jitters i had to sit down i felt like i was going to die i really hated it. i could not stop shaking. i tried to throw up but only threw up blood. i drank a whole bottle of water and tried to calm down. didnt work. i had to leave work and attempt to sleep it off. i laid in bed for 2 hours shaking myself to sleep, in the middle of the day, mind you. I DID however lose 1 pound in the 2hours from shaking! uncontrollably. finally when i woke up it was gone, no more shaking just a sever headache. i dont recommend this to anyone. Honestly Ephedra should be legal because you dont shake or feel like dying when you take it. it just wakes you up and you feel motivated and start becoming more active. |

I just bought Stacker 3 the other day and I was hesitate becasue I have never used a diet pill before. What I experienced on my first day taking the pill was a burst of energy after about a half hour. I felt very happy just wanted to talk and get things done. I also wanted to drink a lot of water and go to the bathroom. I would not take this past 5 pm or you will have sleeping troubles. But over all I woke up and lost 5 pounds ! I recommend this product. |

New user, but I love it so far!, Mar 23, 2009

I'm an 18 year-old who has about 30 pounds to lose. I was 10 lbs overweight and was talking to a co-worker who suggested them. She said that they had made her sick and gave me the bottle (out of 90 she'd taken about a dozen) under the condition that I stop taking them if I get sick. I've cut cheese out of my diet (as suggested...more on that below). I started taking them Friday.
On Friday I pretty much pigged out at work, but I didn't eat a large portion at dinner. Saturday, I ate fresh fruits and vegetables whenever I was hungry--I didn't starve myself--and some mashed potatoes made with margerine and skim milk. Yesterday, I did the same. I'm drinking plenty of water (try it with lime or lemon juice if you're not a big fan of just water) and taking vitamin and mineral supplements.
Also, I'm on a 4-week low-calorie, low-fat, no-meat diet plan. I'm trying to lose the weight for prom, academic ceremonies (including 1 in a week), graduation, and my senior trip. I walk about a mile a day, at a brisk pace. I'm also doing some light calisthenics.
I haven't had any dizzy spells or lightheadedness except when I took the pill after eating a bowl of raw mushrooms. I haven't been jittery. I'm bipolar and have had a bad experience with manic depression, so I was weary of this product, but I haven't had any problems with it other than being easily excited.
...In response to the post about not being able to eat cheese and wine, that's because the product contains Tyramine, a monoamine compound derived from the amino acid tyrosine. Tyramine can cause the release of stored monoamines, such as dopamine, norepinephrine, and epinephrine.
Overall, I love this product! |

I've been taking stakers for approx. 2 years. the first year, with a program, and stackers I lost nearly 50 pounds, the pills help curve your appetite and increase your heart rate for certain. They were not beneficial going to the gym as you get burned out faster and your heart rate increases to near dangerous levels with minimum work out, sure it is good for burning calories, yuo do get the dizzyness, light-headedness, sometimes eye strains, and you will def. shake and feel uneasy on a empty stomache. The Caffiene helps you metabolize quicker, and overall if you eat a little healthier and do minimal cardio to increase your heart rate I do believe these pills will help you burn some extra calories and prevent you from eating yourself into oblivion. They will not drop pounds off of you and if you do not eat healthy or starve yourself you WILL feel uneasy and get ill |

felt sick taking it, Jan 23, 2009

It definitely did curb my appetite, but I felt sick within an hour of taking 1 tablet right after breakfast in the early morning. My hands started shaking and I felt very dizzy. I took it several times over a few days, and still had the very same side effect. Not sure if it's the one for me personally. My whole day was lost feeling that ill, and as a consequence I became quite unproductive.

It took me about 2 weeks for the nausea to go away. After that, you get the energy boost and your appetite is still very much curbed.... I took it for about a month and lost 26 pounds.... however when I stopped taking it, I gained it all back... that may have to do with my genes or slow metabolism or even lack of self control... who knows??
all in all it was effective, and inexpensive. |

I'm not a gym person - No membership, never will, hate it. I like summer sports, but I don't move in the winter and always gain ~20-25 lbs a yr. This yr I noticed a huge gut - after having a flat stomach. I'm self conscious, and it busted out of all my shirts at work. I only took Stacker3 for a week now and I already feel tighter in my stomach and lighter. I have energy, I move more and use that energy, I eat much less and never between meals - which gives me the opportunity to think about what I eat (now that I'm not scarfing down food, I make sure I eat fruits and limit bread intake and almost totally stopped greasy foods). Also, I haven't experienced any side effects at all. I highly recommend this product. There is nothing I can think of, for them to add to this pill, to make it better. It's doing its job, and giving me everything I could dream of to make losing weight a reality, even when I'm not out playing sports. Thanks! |

I've been taking the stacker 3's for about a month now and it has already worked a miracle.
I usually take 2 stackers a day directly after a small breakfast.. This pill definitly prevents me from eating anything else for about 12-14hrs. Recently I've been eating a bigger meal before taking the two pills.. and I'm finally starting to feel the energy part of the pill vs. just the subsiding of hunger. When I started taking this pill I was in a size 24 weighing 300lbs. and I've already lost 2 pant sizes.. I feel great
I work swing shift and after work I usually feel groggy and tired... like I just need to go to sleep.. But with the larger meal + 2 Stacker 3's I'm ready to go to the gym and run the treadmill to death :)
This diet pill is worth at least trying! |
